Ask the chefs editor attended the prestigious Culinary Studies Institute in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He apprenticed under Executive Chef John Adamski (who himself apprentinced under Master Chef Milos) for a year and a half at Simple But Elegant Catering in Novi, Michigan. He has worked for several top area restaurants including Steve and Rockys of Novi, Michigan, The City Cellar of Birmingham, Michigan along with Tribute in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He has also worked for several top country clubs including Pine Lake Country Club in Pine Lake, Michigan and The Birmingham Country Club in Birmingham, Michigan. He is currently retired from professional cooking.
