Dave von Wiegandt: VON was born in 1980 in Noblesville, IN. He started playing the guitar as a sophomore in High School, and he started writing songs at Indiana University in the late 1990s. He graduated from IU in 2002. With an excess of free time after college, he began writing music more often. Dave started playing on stage at open mics where he met Alphonso Young, who was in a band with Jimi Hendrix called the King Casuals. Al and Dave began frequently playing together, and they discovered their natural presence on stage.
Dave went to a recording studio in 2005 and laid down a few of his own tracks. After a successful recording of 8 tracks, he decided to further expand his musical exposure and decided to move to Nashville, TN in the summer of 2006 where he formed a band and continued to write music.
